Invitation to National Village Halls Forum AGM 3 November 2010

Dear Member of the Dorset Village Halls Association

You may remember that DVHA is a member of the National Village Halls Forum -
maybe few years ago you attended their Tea Party with MPs in Portcullis
House.

We are again very fortunate in hosting an event at the Houses of Parliament.
This time it will be our AGM on Wednesday 3 November from 11 am to 3:30 pm
which will be in the Jubilee Room which is part of the ancient Palace of
Westminster.

Timber Buildings Today - 20th April

Are you faced with a complete rebuild of an ageing hall?

Or maybe you have dreams of a new extension to your current hall?

In recent years there has been a marked improvement in the construction techniques of timber framed buildings and they can be half the price of a brick build.

Dorset Halls News - March 2010

PROGRESS UPDATE:

It is not quite two months since I launched the Dorset Halls Network and now the site is getting somewhere near finished! In the last month I have restructured the menus to make them more logical and added the last two main features, the 'Event Finder' and the 'Halls Gallery'. There will be no more major changes for a while now to let things settle down and while I get some feed back from users. You can use the 'Contact Us' option (it has been fixed now!) to let me know what you think and to give me ideas for future improvements.
