The Loders Village Hall Committee has received a letter rom TV Licencing in respect of the need for a TV licence for the Village Hall. We assume this has arisen now that we have broadband. Knowing that many halls have broadband, I wondered if you have heard of similar demands and if so how they have been dealt with.
