 What do you use?

There are plenty of free aaccounting programs availale for download. I know there are paid for ones out with very limited accounting, it seems a waste of valuable funds buying one of these.

Our treasurer keeps a very tight reign on the bank and only he has access to the online banking. Our caretaker who manages the bookings has to ask him each month for a statement to make sure that all regular users have paid. This can get a bit tiresome when you know someone is overdue. An accounting system that gives the caretaker access to up to system that is linked to our bank account without the facility to spend would ease the situation.

"QuickFil" and "Wave" seems to be quite popular.
