We have been approached by a company called Utility Aid, which offers to help reduce utility bills. It suggests that this is a free service but we are concerned that there may be some catch, and wondered, firstly, whether you have any experience of this firm and are able to advise us regarding using their services, and, secondly, whether you have any other advice about how we might get the best deals on utility bills?
