Step 2: Expression of Interest

Once you have completed the Visitor Checklist for each level for which you are applying and are confident your hall scores sufficient for certification you are ready to proceed to the next step and complete the DVHA Hallmark entry application form that can be downloaded from this page (see below).

You should complete this form and send it with a copy of your Visitor Checklist to the DVHA Hallmark Administrator - Baird Oldrey, 61 Glenwood Road, West Moors, Ferndown,  BH22 0EN. 

Once your expression of interest is received you will be added to the waiting list and we will try to give you some idea of how long it is likely to be before an assessment visit is going to be possible. Applications will be processed in the order they are received (ie first come, first served), there will be no other criteria.

Regardless of this possible time constraint, once you are advised that you are in the queue you will wish to continue to step 3 and prepare your pre-visit pack for submission.
