A government-backed national online database is inviting village and community halls to register as spaces for adult informal learning.
The School of Everything helps put local learners, teachers, groups and venues together.
You can list your village or community hall as space for learning in the new ‘Venues’ section, together with your facilities, availability and scale of charges.
Local interested learners, teachers, organisations and groups will then contact you directly, and the rest is up to you.
Your hirers can add feedback and use the ‘review’ feature to rate your hall on the site. You could become the county’s first 5 Star Learning Venue!
All you need to do is to log into www.schoolofeverything.com and add your hall to the ‘venues’ section. It’s extremely easy and shouldn’t take more than a few minutes. Adding pictures of your hall really helps sell it better – you can add to or edit your entry at any time.
For some examples of village halls already on the site, take a look at:

One more thing. Learning groups may be using your hall already – for things like yoga classes, bridge clubs, craft evenings or language circles. Why not add these groups to the site under your venue, or tell them to register too? It will help showcase your hall further, and help their group to pay its way by gaining new members - good news for everyone!
So let 100,000 visitors each month know about hiring your hall by visiting www.theschoolofeverything.com or email hello@schoolofeverything.com
