Members of the parish of Fontmell Magna are invited to attend the AGM of Fontmell Magna Village Hall.   There is a Trustee position up for election to join the Management Committee.   We have a busy year ahead so are seeking a Vice Chair responsible for property management and health and safety matters at the Village Hall.

To be a village hall trustee you must be on the electoral register in the Parish of Fontmell Magna.

Nowhere Special - Starring James Norton, Danielle Lamont and Eileen O'Higgins is showing at Fontmell Magna Village Halls - We have new comfy chairs too.

Set in Northern Ireland and based on a true story, John, a 35yr old window cleaner, when given only a few months to live, attempts to find a new perfect famly for his 3yr old son, determined to shield him from the terrible reality of the situation.

Tickets are on sale at the Fontmell Magna Village Shop for £6.50 or you can pay on the door for £7.00.

National Play Day - Picnic in the Park

 All Children, their families, parents, carers, grandparents, are invited to bring a picnic and join us for an afternoon of play, crafting, friendship, cakes and tea on Wednesday 4th August.

We have two Short Tennis sessions run by Graham Howell planned between 2 and 3pm – all equipment provided. And Pop-Up Play construction and café role play sets provided by Helen Poll.  Pottery painting with Amanda Hottinger.

The Village Hall and Friendship Garden Pop-Up Cafe

 

This runs every Wednesday during the warmer weather whilst the Cut  Flower Garden is still productive.  

 

Join us for a Cuppa, Cake and Chat and a look round the garden.  Cut some flowers to take home.

 

Just £1 for tea/coffee and cake.  Soft drinks are also available.

 

If the hall is busy with a booking you will find us camped out in the garden under the trees.
