In recent years there has been a marked improvement in the construction techniques of timber framed buildings and they can be half the price of a brick build. Timber construction techniques from Scandinavia and the Baltic states can now be imported into the UK at reasonable prices so we have invited Timberbuilds (UK) to come to Dorset to talk about the latest construction issues and demonstrate the way these buildings are put together to provide economical, long lasting, yet environmentally sustainable, accommodation suitable for small halls and extensions to existing halls.
