Author Colin Parker has spent the last 30 years as an independent researcher of many disciplines. These include: archaeology, architecture, astronomy, Egyptology, quantum physics, religion, freemasonry, civil and mechanical engineering. Many years ago he began researching the adoption of ancient pre-history earthwork pagan sites by the early Christian churchmen, during the replacement of Paganism by Christianity in Britain. The first years were spent researching and measuring the solar-lunar orientation of pre-reformation Christian churches built within ancient pre-historic earthwork pagan sites, checking each individual site entrance and viewing horizon for possible solar-lunar orientation within the landscape. As this research progressed, he researched and measured each ancient pre-historic earthwork pagan site within the Stonehenge landscape. Perhaps their orientation and position could provide possible purposes for their construction. They were built by generations of people using antler picks and cattle shoulder blades as shovels – who would never see these huge projects finished.
